We loved our stay at this beautifully kept hotel. Every member of staff was amicable. the exceptionally comfortable beds, safe box, multi-channel TV, and microwave made our stay even better. This is our property of choice in Cross Lanes.

The hotel has a great location right next to the casino, gas station, car wash, Walmart, various restaurants, and stores. The room is stylish, clean, and includes all the essentials like a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets. The staff is super friendly, extremely polite, and always quick to bring whatever you need.

All in all, it was nice comfy base for traveling to Cross Lanes. The room was neat, fashionable with a hot tub and the overall experience was wonderful. All the staff were welcoming, pleasant. The hotel was placed 19 miles away from the airport.

The place was exceptionally clean. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and excellent. They bring anything you call and ask for in a timely manner. The room was stylish with a jacuzzi tub.

On my latest trip, I found a spot with a killer dinner menu. Seriously, the chicken options were top-notch. Meeting rooms were primo too - accommodating all my work needs. And the indoor pool? Total oasis vibes. Don't get me started on the fireplace in the lobby - I almost set up camp there. Plus, with easy access to shopping and dining, I felt like a true local. Can't wait to bring the fam next time for a relaxing getaway. The coffee maker in the room was a lifesaver, eh.

The room stunk from bad air conditioner they said. Didn't offer different room and left a bottle of febreeze to spray!! We've stayed several times. Always loved it. This time was pretty bad. Glad it was only two nights. They did us a small discount

Loved our stay for reunion activities. Everything was fantastic. Amazingly helpful staff. Perfect location near Mardi Gras Casino/Tri-State Gaming, shopping, restaurants, and the fitness center.
